Here I stay at the Nomadas, that Thomas recommended. He lived there for about three months. It is a really nice hostel with hammocks in the backyard.

Merida is a lot more touristy than Colima but apart from that it is really nice. The people here are fun and yesterday we went to a nice museum of anthropology which showed a lot of Mayan exhibits. I can definitely recommend it. The city museum is nice too, but not that impressive.

Today I will go and visit the ruins of Uxmal.
