Navidad I

Which means Christmas. I don't know yet what I will do on Christmas but here are at least a few impressions of what is going on in Colima now.
There is not only Christmas but on Dec, 12th Mexico celebrates the Dia de la Virgin de Guadalupe [ES] [DE].
Until then there are more or less constant celebrations in the city center.

The church is very well visited these days (ok, seems to be well visited all time)

According to our taxi driver yesterday the celebrations will continue until the 12th then there will be a short break with less action and then more celebration until Christmas.

The decoration of the houses is pretty similar to what is known from the USA.
